Welcome to the Hatitude website (hereinafter: "the Website"). The Website is operated and managed by Hatitude (hereinafter: "we", "us", "our").

The use of the Website, its services, and the products sold through it is subject to these Terms of Service (hereinafter: "the Terms"). Browsing the Website, making a purchase on it, or submitting user content constitutes full agreement to all provisions of the Terms. If you do not agree – please refrain from using the Website.

2. Use and Minimum Age Purchases on the Website are permitted for any person over the age of 18. Submission of user content ("Wear & Share") is permitted only for individuals over the age of 18. Use of the Website is intended for private consumption only and not for commercial/wholesale purchase.

3. User Generated Content (UGC) Content submitted for publication on the Website will only be published after prior approval by Hatitude. The user grants Hatitude a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, publish, reproduce, edit, and display the content, including in marketing channels and on social media. Hatitude may choose not to publish or to remove content at any time at its sole discretion. Content may also be submitted anonymously (without a name). It is prohibited to submit content that infringes rights, is offensive, false, or illegal.

  • "Notice and Takedown" mechanism: Any person may contact hatitude.cr@gmail.com with a request to remove infringing/offensive content.

4. Orders and Payments Every order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Order confirmation will be provided only after payment is received and system approval is granted. Prices include VAT as required by law. Hatitude reserves the right to change prices, inventory, or terms at any time. Payment is processed via a third-party payment processor, Rapyd.

5. Shipping The published delivery times are estimates only. Hatitude is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or external factors. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon its delivery to the shipping carrier, subject to mandatory consumer law. International shipping may be offered in the future.

6. Returns and Cancellations Policy The returns policy is governed by a separate document on the Website ("Returns Policy"). In all cases, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its transaction cancellation regulations shall apply. Exceptions: Custom-made or specially adapted products, and products that have been opened or are not in new condition – cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property All copyrights, trademarks, designs, images, and content on the Website belong solely to Hatitude. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, or use the Website's content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability The Website and services are offered "As-Is". Hatitude does not warrant that the Website will operate without malfunctions or that it will precisely meet the user's expectations. Hatitude shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or its products. Liability for defective products is subject to the provisions of the law.

9. Indemnification The user undertakes to indemnify Hatitude, its employees, and owners for any claim, expense, or damage caused due to a breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Website.

10. Accessibility The Website strives to meet the WCAG 2.1 standards at level AA.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.

12. Changes Hatitude may update the Terms of Service from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Website at the time of use.
