1. Right of Cancellation Under Law In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations:

  • A purchase made on the website or at a booth may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document – whichever is earlier.

  • Customers with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants are entitled to cancel within 4 months, upon presentation of an appropriate certificate.

2. Method of Cancellation The cancellation must be made by notifying us via email at hatitude.cr@gmail.com or by phone at +972-50-5495051 / +972-52-3871061. Please include: full name, order number, product details, and (optional) reason for cancellation.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, new, unused, and undamaged or unsoiled.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be attached.

  • After the product is received and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued.

4. Refund Method Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received. Alternatively, a store credit may be chosen for future purchases.

5. Cancellation and Shipping Fees

  • For a canceled transaction, the customer will be charged 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS – whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returning the product to us is the customer’s responsibility and expense, unless the defect was caused by Hatitude.

6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products made or customized specifically for the customer.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.

  • Hygiene products and underwear.

7. Exchanges Products may be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability) within 14 days. In such cases, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

8. Defective Products or Wrong Orders If a defective or incorrect product is received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In this case, Hatitude will cover the cost of return shipping and will provide either a replacement product or a full refund, at the customer’s choice.

9. Purchases at Booths The same conditions apply to purchases made at booths, subject to the law. Returns may be made directly at the booth (if active) or by courier/mail to our address: 8 HaHadarim St., Kadima Zoran, Israel.
